FULL-TIME SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

FULL-TIME KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIRED!

About the role:

This is an essential role for the company based within our trade sales department. The role is responsible for finding new key accounts, growing current key accounts and building strong relationships. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager and company owners to look after our key accounts who include Paperchase, Oliver Bonas, Scribbler, Papyrus and Paper Source to name a few.

About you:

You need to know how to sell. If you can't sell then this role isn't for you as it's a vital part of the role to ensure that the company continues to grow and remain profitable.

You should be target driven and understand the sales pipeline like the back of your hand in order to consistently exceed targets.

You will often be the first interaction our trade customers will have with our company, therefore appearance and personality is key. You should be friendly, confident and approachable and match our brand voice and identity. You should be confident with phone calls and meeting people face to face.

You should also be confident with administration work, however your primary focus should be on selling and growing our key trade sales.

Now in our 8th year, Ohh Deer is an independent, fast growing start-up company selling Greeting Cards, Stationery and Gift based within the Midlands. Most people will recognise us for our main website (ohhdeer.com) but we also have two shops (in Loughborough and Ipswich), sell directly to other shops across the globe through our trade activity and run a monthly stationery subscription service called 'Papergang'.

We're passionate about what we do and are constantly looking for the next up and coming illustrator or product for our portfolio. We aspire to be the go-to place to find quirky cards, stationery and gifts.

- Flexible working. While you'll be full time, we require you to be in office between the hours of 10am and 4pm (Monday to Friday) - this allows you to be flexible with your working pattern either side.
